The contact owns a 2016 Ford Escape. The contact stated that when they turned on the vehicle, the steering assist fault warning message displayed. The power steering had failed and the vehicle was now operating with manual steering only. The contact had made an appointment with the dealer however the vehicle had not been seen as of yet.
