Summary
Some 2017 Escape vehicles equipped with a 1.5L EcoBoost engine may exhibit an malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P051B stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to the crankcase pressure sensor/tube assembly. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure steps to replace the crankcase pressure sensor/tube assembly.
