This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ford dealer.
I have taken the car in three times for repair. The dealership was at first receptive to helping, they changed the A-pillar covers, thinking it was the problem, but it did not help. Next they changed the door seal on the front doors. This helped the drivers side, but the passenger side is a mess.
I wouldn't give the dealership their "required" 5-stars, when they got dirt on the roof liner, without cleaning it, so now they will not return may calls. Tried multiple times, and they are always busy, and will return the call, but they never do. Going to a different dealer, hoping to get some assistance.

I bought the car from the original owner and she never mentioned it, but 3 days later I see that it is on both front passenger and driver side doors. The fact that this has happened in more than 1 vehicle is disappointing. It's not a 2003 vehicle. This should have been reported by more people.
