Put the car in park this morning to get gas. got back in noticed the emergency brake was on( I never put it on) went to shut it off would say foot on break and push button together something along those lines. did what it told me, shows it was turned off and then automatically turned back on. did this a few times and each time same thing automatically went back on. I tried shutting the car off and start it again but still the emergency brake was on and would not stay shut off. I would it in neutral tried that and nothing. put it in reverse and it went off. i got to work put my car in park went to turn the car off and the emergency brake automatically came on again and this time nothing worked. took a video as when I state the computer system is malfunctioning they do not do anything and tell me they do not see anything. I got this car with 10 miles on it and I have had nothing but issues with the system and the car since I got it.
