warning lights coming on, awd failure, pre collision failure warning lights coming on, awd failure, pre collision failure warning lights coming on, awd failure, pre collision failure

I didn't get pictures or video when it all started in June 2025 when my car was still under the 60,000 warranty it had left. I bought the used car with what was left of the warranty which was up till 60,000...... also when I bought the vehicle, the dealership Key Auto GMC of Rochester NH did not disclose that there was a recall document in the glove compartment for the fuel injector recall that was in affect since 2022. I never found the document till that night when I drove the car home. I had a feeling I could not get out of the contract, so what could I do. I did call the salesman about that document and he said not to worry about it. If he had disclosed the fact there was a recall in progress since 2022 and for which I bought vehicle July of 2023, I would have never even purchased the vehicle knowing a recall was in effect.

So yes I have been driving it for 2 years now, but what else could i do. I felt stuck. Then this recall came in 2025 for a recall for door hinges. I had to go get those fixed at Ford's expense. then in June 2025 the warning lights issue popped up. When I went to get the door hinges replaced (or whatever they did), I told the techs about the warning lights coming on. they came right out and said the AWD module is going. He quoted it would cost 2500.00 to fix. I went online and it quoted me it could cost up to 3000.00 to fix. And there is no recall from Ford about this issue, but there are a lot of complaints from others for it too. I have written to lemon lawyers and they won't help. I've written to Ford to get a buyback, but because I have over 60,000 miles on the car, but the issue occurred when I had 59,500 miles on the car which is still under the 60,000 mile warranty that was left on the vehicle of time when these warning lights came on, plus if this recall for the fuel injectors came out in 2022 way before I bought the car, even though they are still figuring out how to fix that issue, and all the recalls my car has had since it came off the assembly line in 2019 which was made in Louisville, Kentucky, and yes I researched and found all kinds of recalls from back to 2019 when it came off the assembly line. But yet Ford won't buyback my car, because it is a total lemon. this car and many others with severe recalls from the day they were made, they should've never been put on the market to be sold as new, and never should've been continued to be sold as used, with all the constant recalls that are still coming forward.

I've contacted attorney generals offices both in Nh and maine and no help. I contacted BBB and their auto department and no help. I contacted the consumer protection agency, now I'm contacting executive customer experience team at Ford, as well as Federal Trade Commission, New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Industry Board, as well as filing to the superior court in NH, and I hope I win, because I am not comfortable driving this car if those fuel injectors start a fire, I am not about to lose my life or get severely hurt all because of this car and its issues. With the AWD module issue, who knows what can happen with that. Who the hell wants to drive an unsafe vehicle. I live on disability and can't afford much, but I do need a vehicle to get back and forth to doctors appts and grocery shop. I wish we could go back to horse and buggy, at least not much maintenance with that, just food and shelter for the horse and vet checkups and if you keep that horse in good shape and away from harm, it is at least a lot cheaper then dealing with insane vehicles. sorry for the rant, but its true,. When you spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle, (sure nothing is perfect), but you sure would want a vehicle that ain't going to break down every second. Its ludicrous!!!!!! I hope we all get justice for what our vehicles are doing all because these dam companies can't make things right. Just like overseas companies. they can't even learn to make things right, nor clothes that fit us Americans. This world sucks big time!!!!
