The contact owns a 2020 Ford Escape. The contact stated that there was extreme moisture inside the driver's side rear taillight housing. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who took pictures of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 2,002.
