The contact owns a 2023 Ford Escape. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, the contact attempted to close the front driver-??s side door; however, the door failed to close securely. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
