Escape Plug-in Hybrid 2.5L

  • CVT transmission
  • 9,641 miles

Dealer has submitted claim to Ford , but the claim is unusual due to the age and low mileage of the car. I believe it is a defective battery because I am getting 32% less electrical miles than the 37 electric miles shown on the window sticker. I had been getting 37 and sometimes more in the first 6 months I have had the car.
