Escape St Line 1.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,500 miles

After closing the hatch on my 2025 ford escape st line I started to notice little dents every time I closed, well these dents are being caused by my palms while closing the hatch. My dealership basically said there’s nothing they can do and it’s not covered under any warranty. I put in a claim with ford 8 months ago and haven’t heard one single thing from them which I expected,

Also when i took the vehicle to the car wash and as I entered the blowers I could see the hood buckling in from the blowers pressure, never in my life have I ever has a vehicle do that. It’s a lease also which scares me due to the fact that I’ll have to pay for the repairs one way or another. This isn’t right at so many levels. I'm not sure what to do, I'm thinking I screwed up by leasing this cheap vehicle.
