Came home from a trip to the grocery store. Temp was in the 50s but I wasnt running the heat or defrost. Pulled groceries out and shut the back liftgate. Glass just exploded! There was glass up to 5 feet away from the car itself. I haven't been able to get a hold of my insurance yet, so not sure of the repair cost yet. Absolutely not driveable.

I checked on line to see THOUSANDS of complaints and an investigation being done but couldn't find any actual recalls. This close to Christmas and during a covid19 pandemic and I have no idea how to get this fixed.
