Excursion XLT 6.0L

truck is sitting at ford dealer waiting on repairs,dealer said filter was issue ,but I replaced the night before ,so they are wrong and looking for other issues,I think it is fuel pump or injectors.The truck will not excel when at low speed ,due to black smoke poring out of exhaust
