Upon opening the rear liftgate door the glass cracked and shattered and began falling . Ford says my extended warranty doesn't cover glass but what happened? Service center had no explaination but didn't seem to be surprised that this happened. this is my second excursion but my last ford. There is something going on and they don't want to accept responsibilty for their defects.
