While driving the sway bar broke causing the vehicle to pull to the right. Please provide any additional information.

Would hear noises in the engine. Front drive serpentine belt keeps breaking. Has taken vehicle to dealer's at least 12 times for problem. Also, the crankshaft/ pulley tensioner would loosen & the vaccum to the brakes. Would not have any brakes due to lack of pressure.
