Well first it was the horn that has been replaced several times and now all of the sudden cruise control doesn't work. I was annoyed about the horn, but now the cruise control... seems like something is wrong with that horn and cruise control set up.... and I was wondering about the paint because it is also pealing like crazy...

2000 Expedition horn failed. When the horn failed to operate an accident occurred and the air bags failed to deploy. On a previous occasion, the consumer experienced problems with the cruise control and the ABS. The consumer stated the cruise control has been replaced 4 times and the horn was replaced 3 times. The consumer believed the continued failures of the ABS and horn were due to an electrical short in the wiring.
