The driver seat belt does not stay latched all the way even though it seems it does. Randomly the seat belt will become unlatched while driving in different conditions. It was built in the Michigan plant like the recall on your website but not included in the recall according to Ford because of the VIN. I think it is close enough to the dates listed that it could be the same thing and the recall should be checked into and expanded. I know its an older truck but it still matters to us that are still driving. Thank you for you time.
