right rear blinker won't work

I noticed that my rear blinker went out. I changed the bulb but it didn't fix. I then checked the fuse and it was good even changed the connector. BUT SO FAR NOTHING HAS WORKED!!!!!! I'm not sure what else to do. Has this happened to anyone else?????
