Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 60,000 miles

I can not begin to describe how disappointed I am with the response from Ford. "Something must have occurred with out your knowledge"! No wrecks, no airbag deployed and I can't find the number of times the gearshifter has broken by placing the car in reverse. My wife is the original owner and pampers this vehicle. Now it looks like it's off to the junkyard because I sure as hell am not giving Ford $1,900 for a new steering column.

Expedition XLT 5.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 115,000 miles

This seems to be happening with F-150, Explorers & Expeditions and Ford discontinued this part so know I have to find a junk yard and hope it will last. So until I find one I don't have a vehicle.. this pisses me off with all this stupid crap just like having to pay the dealership over $500.00 to change my spark plugs over their stupid design flaw just like this one..... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
