The new 14 passenger Ford van is a passenger hazard for people in the back three rows of seats if someone is not in the second row. The rear door latches are next to impossible to reach from the third row. I am located at jet propulsion laboratory in pasadena, ca. The van is a vpsi leased van. How can I get the latch fitted with an electric opener? I am contacting vehicle safety and vpsi on this issue.
