The contact owns a 2007 Ford Expedition. While driving 70 mph, the contact attempted to depress the brake pedal, but instead he depressed both the brake and accelerator pedals. He pulled to the shoulder of the road, but the vehicle would not decelerate. The dealer stated that there was a failure, but no remedy. The current and failure mileages were 7,000.
