Shortly after buying the vehicle Aug. 23, 2007 we started having problems with the sunroof rattling. In Sept. 2007 they replaced the sunroof. Since replacing the sunroof it has been back 3 more time with rattling problems. The problem can not be fixed and it continues to exist. We have contacted Ford Motor Co. About the problem and at this time they want another chance to fix it. We have contacted the Washington state attny. General and have started the process to have this vehicle deemed a "lemon". after for attempts to repair the sunroof the problems continues and then there are other problems with this Expedition.
