In Feb. 08 I purchased a 08 Ford Expedition from champion Ford.in June 08 I started having problems with the vehicle we took it to their service dept. Where they said they did a comp. Update so it worked until April of 09 same problem again they did another update (it happened before than but I only have record for these dates).it started again July 10 took it to ac collins Ford they did an update as well, they had it from july10-14. Now it has happened again started in Nov 10 they received the vehicle at their location on 11152010 we went to get it on 11302010 we did not even make it out of the parking lot when it started again we turned around to let the know it was doing it again all they said wasthere is nothing we can do, we have done the update on the comp.that's all we can do.so we drove it home. The following morning we could not even start the vehicle but we kept trying and when it finally started the vehicle was worse off then ever before. So we returned it on 12012010 and ask them to fix it. So it has been there since then now they asked me to provide oil change receipts which I did then they tell me the engine has sludge and will not be covered by the warranty and extended warranty that I purchased.so we picked up the vehicle and took it to bayway-Lincoln to see if they can find the initial problem. May problem is why did it take them so many attempts to try to find what the problem was.maybe my engine would not be sludged up if they would have done what they were suppose to do in the first place because on the receipts I have they state the did 115 point inspections I would thin they would have found out about the engine.
