The contact owns a 2008 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, he heard a loud explosion. After inspecting the vehicle he found that the rear lift gate glass imploded into the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance. The vehicle was repaired. The failure and the current mileage was 30,000.
