The contact owns a 2010 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that the windshield wipers would fail in intervals of twenty minutes at a time. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and had the windshield wiper motor replaced. The failure recurred two months later and would operate abnormally fast before failing.
