Pretty disappointed with Ford. The back window of my husband's 2011 Expedition blew out (not in) on August 21 while he was parking it. He didn't hit anything - the glass simply exploded outward. We found many complaints online about the exact same issue. A Ford dealer rep, their phone rep and a formal letter say we're stuck with a $300 replacement glass bill. I repeatedly asked them, "What makes a rear window blow out, not in? He didn't hit anything. What would that be?" No answer. Because they know it's a faulty design. They better be glad that exploding glass didn't hit one of my family members.
