The contact owns a 2013 Ford Expedition. While driving 45 mph, the rear passenger door opened without warning. In addition, the front driver side door would not close. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 16V643000 (latches/locks/linkages). The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
