Expedition Limited V8

  • 47,000 miles

Told me that the paint was only covered for 3-36 but I’m sure it was bubbled during that time. I never missed a maintenance but Ford techs never notified me. This is a well documented factory defect that Ford should fix and if there is ever a class action suit, I would be glad to join

Expedition Limited 5.1L V8

I had the same problem with my 04 Explorer. I noticed the problem on the Explorer during the first 36,000 miles so it was covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Fast forward 10 years and now my 2014 Expedition has the same problem only it wasn't noticed until 41,000 miles and I believe my 36 months also lapsed.
