Haven't took my vehicle in for service as of yet however, I did tell and took vehicle to salesman to show him that the button to adjust whether you want the AC vents to aim on face, feet & face, feet or feet & defrost was not working. My salesman actually had to adjust it on the touch screen in order for the manual button to work. NOT HAPPY! Do not buy 2015 Ford Expedition!
