Bought the 2016 vehicle January 2017. Shortly after purchase I noticed slight bubbling in the paint on the edges of the hood and especially the bottom of the lift gate. It has progressed over the years and now the paint is coming off- a large piece off the front hood and all along the bottom of the lift gate. Ford has no recalls on it yet, but it's a well cared for vehicle, garaged at night and when not in use during the day. The paint should not be bubbling or coming off. Thank you- Suzanne

Vehicle spontaneously started on fire. It had been turned off at a restaurant in parking area. It had been driven about 3 miles in town just before the fire. The vehicle had low mileage, approximately 50000 miles. No know mechanical or other issues, serviced regularly.

The aluminum tailgate/hatch shows signs of corrosion. Ford did cover it eventually after escalating it. However, other owners are reporting this issue on models 2000-2017.
