Expedition Limited

  • Automatic transmission
  • 72,000 miles

Sudden downshift from 10th to 4th gear at 60mph almost causing us to be rear ended. After turning car off and back on it was fine. However happened again a few miles later. This time when you put the vehicle in drive ALL 10 gears disappear. Towed to dealership. Awaiting answers.
