The Ford 10R80 10 speed transmission in Expeditions, F150, and Mustang; Ford was aware of problem and issued a Technical Service Bulletin on problem... My Expedition experienced the harsh, delayed, and slipping transmission. there are class action lawsuits pending in Illinois, Massachusetts, and California for this issue.. I am in Wisconsin and unable to find one to participate. Ford has not issued any recall but does admit problem with this 10R80 transmission thru their TSB. I had a 3rd party warrantee which was supposed to cover repairs, however it was denied due to the TSB saying Ford knew of problem. I had to replace transmission at my own cost. Be aware the 2017-2024 10R80 transmissions are bad. Watch out for the Expeditions, F150 and Mustang's. One suit I found is O'Conner vs. Ford Motor Company case no: 1:19-CV-05045. I anyone has suggestions let me know

Issue was a pain in the ass to fix and expensive, driveshaft also had to be replaced at the same time. I've been told that it WILL happen again and its a major issue with the 10-speed transmissions on these models of FORD.
