Explorer 4.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 158,000 miles

I have a 93 Ford Explorer and a few months ago it started taking off slowly right before it would change from 1st to 2nd gear, then it would sort of stall out without dying?? Some say the computer may be bad and others say maybe the EGR valve and sensor. Help! I have a Ford!!

Explorer Sport 4.0L Ohv

  • Manual transmission
  • 190,300 miles

It stalls after warmed up. The code says the throttle position sensor is getting low voltage. I'm going to replace the sensor and see what happens.
