ABS failure on both of my '95 Ford.. a Windstar and an Explorer. In both of the cars the ABS loses the ability to work properly. At all brake applications to very, very quickly alternates braking B/w wheels essentially it interferes with the braking of the car.. remedy is to disconnect the ABS. Ford disavowed any knowledge of a pervasive problem..
