The lower ball joints and the front outer tie rod end had to be replaced.Mr. Consumer stated the lower ball joints were loose and had to be replaced for a second time.

Consumer states that when trying to apply the brakes they can hear a loud noise and the brake pedal will go to the floor causing the vehicle to have extended stopping distance. Dealer notified. Nlmthe ABS sensor went bad causing the front disc brake to wear quickly. There was a recall issued regarding the front sway bar links. Consuemr was charged for labor and parts. Also the front lower ball joints were replaced as well as the outer tie rods.

While traveling sway bar links broke. Recall 00V402000/ manufacturer's recall 00S47 for stabilizer bar didn't cover lower ball joint that broke. Dealer wouldn't cover what was caused by recall.

Firestone 7515 garners ferry rd, cola SC 29209 did following repairs:05/22/00 alternator, 05/01/00 both rear calipers & drums, 02/15/00 eet/eec sensors, including temp sending unit, egr valve, coolant temp sensor08/07/99 front driver side lower control arm, ball jt, alternator and horn. I purchased new tires 09/15/00. I removed Goodyear tires pulliam put on my truck 08/27/98.
