Radio is not stock, so not a Ford problem. However, radio and/or horn do not work intermittently - either separately or jointly. Have checked all the fuses, and there do not appear to fuses that are faulty. Other than brakes, a horn is basically a SAFETY feature that needs to work at all times to warn other drivers (snoozing, or otherwise NOT ALERT) of other nearby cars! In my area, I consider brakes AND a reliable horn to be necessities to avoid becoming an external "accessory" to someone else's vehicle, or an addendum to someone else's braking system.
