Explorer Eddie Bauer V6

Imagine my surprise to walk out and find this crack in the rear panel with no indications of any other damage. Then imagine my surprise to find out that this has been a common defect in these trucks since 2000 !!! Ford needs to own up to it's customers and make this right !!!
