The contact stated the rear liftgate hatch bracket support broke along the bearing head. This failure restricted the use of the rear hatch. The contact took the vehicle to an automobile repair shop. He received an estimate for the repairs, and planned to have the repairs performed at this time. Updated 12/27/05. Updated
