I have a Ford 2000 Explorer XLT. The rear wiper works when it wants to usually when I don't need it and I am on the second motor for it. The check engine light stays on for three or four days then goes out for one or two then back on. I have lost all faith in Ford. At times it will shut off when I am driving and it starts right back up, but won't idle for about 2 days after that. I've had it with Ford no wonder their having problems selling their auto's. I am about to trade the vehicle and it sure won't be for another Ford.
