replaced shocks and bushings stabilizer links and sway mounts and the truck still sounds like a spring squeaking and grinding but inspection shows all is good the noise is driving me to get rid of this truck,,

Well after so many issues i have found the main cause of my problem!
It was due to upper control arm bushing. A single $12 part causes such a headache!
I have replaced: Shocks, ball joints (upper and lower), prop shaft (front drive shaft on AWD/4WD (done this several times), tires twice, 2 alignments, sway arm bushing's, tie rod ends.
Initially i was told it's "This and That". Well shows how much they know. I even brought up what i found it to be and the ASE Certified Mechanics that work for FORD were actually in awe. They even commented that they would have to remember that as well. Go figure a wrenching home mechanic can show the "Big Boys" a thing or two.
I am just letting everyone know so that they don't end up paying out the rear to have this or other simple issues diagnosed. Not to say they don't know what they are doing, but when you have to pay parts and service fee's you might want to know what you can possibly fix or have a friend fix it for you.
