problem #1

(reported on)

Explorer XLT 4.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 53,000 miles

Reported the horn skipping six times and reproduced but always showed up as "have customer return when present". Finally asked the technician to honk it himself over and over. Skip, Skip, Skippity Skip. Again and again. They could not refuse the fix so they got the aftermarket warranty to cover it somehow.
