My explorer was idling rough and it finally threw an error message. Had it checked out and then found out the #8 coil pack and or spark plug was bad. So I replaced the coil pack, after finding out that someone had over tightened the bolt that holds pack in place, then went to replace the spark plug. I have tried EVERY socket between a 9/16 and 11/16 and 14mm to 17mm basically everything that will fit in the motor. i know it should be a 5/8's but it wont bite on the plug. looked down the hole with a mirror and you can see all the points of the "nut" still cant get anything to bite. any suggestions please. 20minute job has turned into a 4 day pain
