I feel that this problem was a manufacturing defect and the dealer will not let go of any money he has because I didn't buy it from them, and I have "no service history with them." This repair should be fully covered by Ford Motor Company no matter what they say.
It only has 37,578 miles on it and it should not have required a brand new rear end with that kind of mileage. I am getting the run around from the dealer.
