Explorer 4 0

Got the tire pressure fixed. $100.00 and it's still on. Why not have a recall to get all the sensors replaced before there's a blow out of the tires and someone gets seriously hurt?

I've had my mechanic look at it several times, nothing comes up on his code reader, but the warning wont go away. He said the sensor itself runs about $250 and that's just the part!! What a piece of crap for a sensor!!! =(

Explorer LX V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

another 200.00 dollars to fix bad scensors on the tire light kept flashing on and dealer said nothing wrong i took it elsewhere and they said pressure was low in tires and i had two faulty sensors. This car is a pain in the ass only 45,000 miles and its a 2005 shouldnt be having all these headaches along with a car payment that is pretty hefty as it is and to spend all this money fixing it so i can drive it your talking a 30,000 dollar care and only 5 years old
