drivers seat would move when driving. after searching the internet i found a guy with a similar problem. he suggested to remove the tumbler( the part that the key goes into to start the car). when tumbler is removed you will notice there is a raised piece at the end of the tumbler. a half inch washer will fit but you have to sand or grind or cut the washer to about a 1/16 of an inch or less around the washer. then slide the tumbler back in. i havent had the problem since. it only cost me 26 cents. (thats right cents). and it has to be a thin washer. i found one at home depot. i saw that 2008 ford explorers are having this problem.
