Explorer Limited V8

Purchased the vehicle in December 2016 at Glenn Automall in Lexington, KY. Since it was 10 degrees outside I didn't even think about trying the AC!!! As soon as it got warm enough I tried to turn it on and it only blew very hot air. Husband tried to recharge but nothing!! So upset!!
