Explorer Eddie Bauer V8

The cd player started to act up at times, but always worked. Then one day just quit. Cannot remove any of the cds that are currently in the cd player. The display on the radio are also out all of the time, so I cannot see what time it is or what station I am currently on.

2nd Time CD Player quit working. They had to replace with another brand new Radio/CD Player Module. This time I demanded to either have my CD's returned or replaced. They could not explain why this happened a 2nd time. Took about 2 months to get my CD's returned.
