Ford Explorer 2008

Loud squealing that seems to be coming from the front wheel/axle area when driving not braking. The squealing is inconsistent, so 4 Ford dealerships now have not been able to duplicate the sound, therefore, unable to fix it. This has been happening since a few days after we drove the vehicle off the lot.
