Transmission whines every once in a while. Contacted Cutter Ford twice and was told that if a message doesn't appear on dash then they cannot do anything about it. Over the years it has been happening more and more. But nothing appears on the dash notice. Contacted Ford and the told me that its been over two years since I said anything so nothing can be done since the warranty is expired. They have been giving me the run around for years and do nothing to resolve the problem. All they did was take it for a test drive and said that it doesn't happen when they test drive it. They made excuses not to fix the problem and now want to charge me to have it checked out since the warranty has expired.
