The contact owns a 2011 Ford Explorer. The contact stated that the passenger heated seat was activated and it burned a hole through the seat on two separate occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the technician was unable to diagnose the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
