The contact owns a 2011 Ford Explorer. While the vehicle was stationary or while driving various speeds, the odor of exhaust fumes entered the cabin of the vehicle. Summerville Ford (9700 dorchester rd, summerville, SC 29485, (877) 477-1434) was made aware of the failure, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
