After having to replace the rotors and pads at 30K I began to research this a found a video on youtube that explained the problem with corrosion and how it causes and interference fit causing the pads to drag and not fully release. I found it real odd that my rear brakes would be toast far before the front show any sign of wear. I now have 80K on the vehicle and after addressing this my problem is gone. Surprising the front are still holding on!
